FACE COVERING IS MANDATORY UNDER HAMILTON BY-LAW 20-155

Failing to comply can result in a fine under this By-Law. If you need a mask, please ask and we will provide you with one. Limited quantities are available. Customers unable to wear a mask due to health issues are exempt under this By-Law.

MOST SERVICES AT THE HAMILTON BIG AL’S STORE ARE AVAILABLE AGAIN TO CUSTOMERS

  • Access into the store will be limited to maintain proper social distancing protocols.
  • Please remember to keep 6 feet away from our staff and other customers.
  • Hand and glove sanitization will be required and wearing a mask is recommended.
  • If you are showing any signs of sickness you will be refused entry into our store.
  • PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE STORE AGAIN.

Dog Grooming appointments are resuming with the cancelled appointments from before the lockdown being called back first.

The Phones have been extremely busy so if you want to have your name added to an appointment list please email grooming@bigals.ca

NO WALK-IN SERVICES ARE BEING OFFERED AT THIS TIME.

Please do not call in or email multiple times as we will get to the list as space becomes available. Access into the grooming salon will be restricted to one appointment client only.
