Face covering is mandatory for customers while in the store under Hamilton By-Law 20-155.
Failing to comply can result in a fine under this By-Law. If you need a mask, please ask and we will provide you with one while quantities last. Customers unable to wear a mask due to health issues are exempt.

You can order online for pickup here or call in your orders to 905-560-1000 or email them in to hamilton@bigals.ca (orders MUST INCLUDE a phone number). You will then be called when your order is ready and to make payment.
COVID-19 and Pets
There have been limited reports of animals becoming infected with COVID-19. There is currently no evidence that pets or other domestic animals play a significant role in the spread of COVID-19. If you are sick, it is recommended that you avoid contact with pets and other animals, just like you would other people, until more is known.
